21-Day Embody Confidence Challenge

That voice that stops you from speaking up, setting boundaries, or going after what you truly want does not get the final word.

Join us for an immersive afternoon of practical tools and embodied experience. Through nervous system regulation, somatic practices, power poses, meditation, journaling, and sound healing with hypnotherapy, you will build the resilience to stay steady and trust yourself when it matters most. Ready to embody confidence and radiate it from within?

Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026

Time: 1:00 to 5:30 pm

Location: RVN Wellness, 2506 St. John’s Street, Port Moody

Facilitators: Jenn Evans (RCH) and Jorge Tabares

Investment: $55 per person

By the end of the afternoon, you will have:

  • Practical nervous system regulation tools you can use in real time when you feel stressed, triggered, or uncertain

  • Simple body-based techniques to shift your state before important conversations or decisions

  • A clear understanding of how to interrupt self-doubt patterns and return to steadiness

  • An anchored internal confidence state you can intentionally access

  • Greater awareness of how your posture, breath, and attention influence your resilience

  • A deeper sense of internal safety and self-trust

  • Written reflections and commitments that translate insight into action

  • A practical integration plan to apply what you learned in daily life

This is not about hype or temporary motivation. It is about building internal capacity you can rely on.

What to Expect

This is an experiential workshop. You will not be sitting and listening for hours.

You can expect:

  • Guided exercises involving breath, posture, visualization, and focused attention

  • Gentle somatic practices that increase awareness of how confidence and stress show up in your body

  • Periods of reflection and journaling

  • A guided meditation and deep relaxation experience

  • A sound-based immersive segment designed to support emotional release and subconscious integration

  • A supportive group environment with moments of quiet introspection

  • No prior experience with meditation, hypnosis, or somatic work is required.

What to Be Prepared For

Physically:

  • Wearing comfortable clothing and participate in simple standing and seated exercises

  • There may be light movement and posture-based work

  • You will spend part of the session seated or lying down during guided experiences

  • Bring comfortable clothing and an open, relaxed posture

Mentally and Emotionally:

  • You may notice emotions arise as you explore confidence and self-trust

  • You will be invited to reflect honestly on patterns that hold you back

  • You will be guided safely through all processes

  • You are always in control and free to participate at your own pace

This workshop is not therapy, but it is intentional and reflective. Come with curiosity and a willingness to experience something new.

This immersive workshop is designed to help you build real, embodied confidence and emotional resilience.

This is not a lecture. It is a carefully guided experience where you will practice stepping into a stronger internal state, strengthening self-trust, and releasing patterns that no longer serve you.
